Refund & Return Policy

At Oquirrh Defense LLC, we stand behind our products and strive to provide excellent customer service. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Authorization Required

DO NOT return any product without first contacting our support team at support@oquirrhdefense.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.

Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused and returned to sender.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date
  • Products must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
  • Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Oquirrh Defense LLC reserves the right to deny returns for products that show signs of:

  • Use
  • Installation
  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Modification
  • Alteration
  • Improper handling

All returned products are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed products
  • Modified or damaged products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom, limited-run, or made-to-order products
  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window

4. Order Cancellations

Canceled orders may be subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Preorders may be subject to separate cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Oquirrh Defense LLC.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Oquirrh Defense LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

If a package is lost in transit after acceptance by the carrier, customers must first initiate a claim or inquiry directly with the shipping carrier before contacting Oquirrh Defense LLC regarding replacement consideration.

6. Prohibited Returns

DO NOT ship any of the following to Oquirrh Defense LLC:

  • Firearms
  • Fire control inserts(“FCIs”)
  • Serialized components
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Hazardous materials

Any prohibited items received may be refused or surrendered to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
