These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oquirrh Defense website, products, and services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). By accessing this Site, creating an account, placing an order, checking any acceptance box, or otherwise using the services of Oquirrh Defense LLC(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding agreement and shall have the same force and effect as a signed written agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site or purchase products from us.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
By using this Site or purchasing products from us, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years old
- You are legally permitted to possess firearm-related products under all applicable laws
- You are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or firearm accessories under federal, state, or local law
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, possession, and use of our products
Oquirrh Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict sales at our sole discretion.
We currently sell and ship products only within the United States.
Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit ownership of firearm accessories or related products. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all laws applicable to your location.
2. Product Compatibility Disclaimer
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Oquirrh Defense products are accessories only and are not firearms, frames, or receivers.
Oquirrh Defense LLC products are aftermarket accessories designed for compatibility with the Ruger RXM fire control insert and Glock® 19-pattern components.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Oquirrh Defense LLC products are designed for compatibility with:
- The Ruger RXM fire control insert
- Glock® 19 Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5, and Gen 6 compatible slides and components
- Aftermarket slides and components manufactured to Glock® 19 pattern specifications
Users are solely responsible for ensuring proper compatibility, installation, and safe operation with their specific firearm configuration. Do not install or use Oquirrh Defense products with firearms, frames, slides, or components outside the stated compatibility specifications.
Improper installation, modification, handling, or use may result in firearm malfunction, property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.
“Glock®” is a federally registered trademark of Glock, Inc. The use of “Glock®” in this material is solely to identify platform compatibility. Oquirrh Defense LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Glock, Inc.
3. Firearm Safety Notice
Firearms and firearm accessories are inherently dangerous. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for safe handling and operation
- You will follow all firearm safety rules
- You will always wear appropriate eye and hearing protection
- You will ensure firearms are unloaded before installation, maintenance, or adjustment
- You will never point a firearm at anything you are unwilling to destroy
- You will keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire
Improper handling, installation, modification, or use of any firearm accessory may result in severe injury or death.
Always inspect your firearm and accessory before use. If any component appears damaged, loose, improperly fitted, or malfunctioning, discontinue use immediately.
Customers are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and following all product manuals, installation instructions, warnings, safety notices, and other guidance provided by Oquirrh Defense or accompanying the product.
Failure to properly follow installation, compatibility, maintenance, handling, or safety instructions may result in firearm malfunction, serious bodily injury, death, or property damage.
Oquirrh Defense shall not be liable for damages or injuries resulting from failure to follow provided instructions or warnings.
4. No Legal Advice
Oquirrh Defense LLC does not provide legal advice regarding firearms, firearm accessories, braces, configurations, classifications, or compliance with federal, state, or local laws.
Firearm laws and regulatory interpretations may change at any time. You are solely responsible for determining whether possession or use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Oquirrh Defense makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding how any government agency, law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or court may classify, interpret, regulate, or enforce laws relating to any product, accessory, configuration, or firearm platform now or in the future.
Regulatory interpretations and enforcement positions may change at any time without notice.
5. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices, descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Correct pricing or typographical errors
- Discontinue products at any time
- Restrict sales to certain persons, regions, or jurisdictions
We may cancel orders suspected of fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized resale, or dealer/distributor abuse.
6. Returns & Cancellations
DO NOT return products without first contacting customer support for return authorization.
Additional return policies may apply and are posted separately on the Site.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Returned items must be unused and unmodified
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Orders canceled after payment processing may be subject to processing or restocking fees
- We reserve the right to deny returns for damaged, altered, or improperly used products
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once packages leave our possession.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including logos, graphics, images, product designs, text, videos, branding, and other materials are the property of Oquirrh Defense or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct

- Interfere with Site security or operations
- Upload malicious software or code

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oquirrh Defense disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of information
- Continuous or error-free operation
We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Use at Your Own Risk and Modification Disclaimer
Oquirrh Defense products are designed only for intended configurations described by the Company. Any modification, alteration, gunsmithing, aftermarket customization, or combination with non-approved components may create unsafe conditions and void any applicable warranty or return eligibility.
Use of modified firearms or altered components is done entirely at the user’s own risk.
13. No Duty to Update
Oquirrh Defense has no obligation to update previously sold products, customer notifications, manuals, warnings, or website materials to reflect future regulatory changes, legal interpretations, or technological developments.
14. Export / ITAR / EAR Compliance
Products may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR restrictions. Customers may not export, re-export, transfer, or provide products to prohibited persons or jurisdictions in violation of applicable law.
15. Chargeback and Fraud Protection
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, or attempts to retain products while reversing payment may result in civil claims, collections activity, account restrictions, and reporting to applicable authorities.
16. Force Majeure
Oquirrh Defense shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, government actions, labor shortages, regulatory changes, cyberattacks, or acts of God.
17. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, installing, possessing, or using any Oquirrh Defense product, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms and firearm accessories, including risks of serious bodily injury, death, property damage, accidental discharge, mechanical failure, improper installation, misuse, and unlawful use by yourself or others.
You understand that firearm-related activities are inherently dangerous and agree that you are solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of any product purchased from Oquirrh Defense.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oquirrh Defense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Product use or misuse
- Improper installation
- Firearm malfunction
- Regulatory changes
- Loss of profits or data
- Personal injury or property damage
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or products is to discontinue use.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain liability limitations, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In no event shall Oquirrh Defense’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oquirrh Defense, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of products
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Negligent or unlawful conduct
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
