Oquirrh Defense LLC is committed to processing and shipping orders in a timely and compliant manner. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Eligibility
Oquirrh Defense LLC currently ships within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally.
We currently do not ship to California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, New York, Washington, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order at our sole discretion based on legal, regulatory, carrier, fraud-prevention, or compliance concerns.
2. Product Classification
Oquirrh Defense LLC products are non-serialized aftermarket accessories and are not firearms or fire control inserts (“FCIs”).
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prior to purchase.
Oquirrh Defense LLC does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in any jurisdiction.
3. Order Processing Times
Typical in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Processing times may vary due to:
- Order volume
- Product availability
- Preorder demand
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Compliance reviews
- Manufacturing schedules
Estimated preorder timelines will be disclosed on the applicable product page and during checkout. Preorder shipping dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
4. Preorders
Products sold as preorders are subject to estimated production and fulfillment timelines.
By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and accept that manufacturing, supply chain, testing, coating, assembly, or logistics delays may occur.
In-stock items and preorder items may ship separately.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, Oquirrh Defense LLC reserves the right to split shipments at its discretion.
5. Shipping Carriers
Oquirrh Defense LLC may utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the shipment type, destination, product category, and carrier policies.
All shipments are subject to the applicable carrier’s terms, conditions, restrictions, and delivery policies.
6. Signature Confirmation
Orders with a total value of $1,000 or greater may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Oquirrh Defense LLC reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order at its discretion.
7. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
We do not allow shipping address changes after an order has been placed.
Oquirrh Defense LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided shipping information.
8. PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders submitted with a PO Box address may be canceled.
9. APO/FPO Addresses
Certain products may be eligible for shipment to domestic APO/FPO military addresses in accordance with applicable carrier policies and regulations.
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all military installation rules, local regulations, and applicable restrictions.
Oquirrh Defense LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, returned, confiscated, or restricted by military postal systems or other authorities.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
Oquirrh Defense LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate any delivery investigation, claim, or inquiry.
11. Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Oquirrh Defense LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather
- Customs or inspections
- Regulatory actions
- Supply chain disruptions
- High order volume
- Force majeure events
- Events outside our reasonable control
12. Refused or Returned Shipments
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to:
- Return shipping charges
- Restocking fees
- Reshipment fees
- Order cancellation fees
13. Dealer & Distributor Orders
Dealer, distributor, wholesale, and commercial orders may be subject to separate shipping terms, processing timelines, insurance requirements, and freight arrangements.
